Haines Watts, Giving Back.

All of our partners are committed to our corporate social responsibility programme which ensures that our commitment to environmental responsibility, the community, and our ethical practices and policies are as up-to-date and forward thinking as possible.

Involvement in the local community is of paramount importance to the Haines Watts Group – we consider ourselves as community accountants being committed to businesses in the local area, hence our wide geographical presence around the UK. Many of our partners provide time and advice free of charge to local groups and organisations.

The firm takes a proactive approach to support a number of national and local charities with both time and money. Diversity not just of background but of thought and skills is very important to us too, along with inclusion for all, which is why we have recently chosen to become National Sponsor for the Reach Next Generation Summit, aligning our values with action.

The Haines Watts Three Peaks Challenge!

Our team from Haines Watts offices around the West Midlands are raising money for Acorns Children’s Hospice by completing the Three Peaks Challenge.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England, and Wales, within 24 hours.

Climbing the country’s three highest mountains: Mount Snowdon (Wales, 1085m), Scafell Pike (England, 978m) and Ben Nevis (Scotland, 1345m) will be a huge effort. 23 miles of walking, 462 miles of driving and 3064 metres of ascent in just 24 hours…. but it is all for an amazing cause.

Haines Watts X St. Basils

Our West Midlands team have partnered with the charity St. Basils to assist them in their efforts. St Basils works with young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to enable them to find and keep a home, grow their confidence, develop their skills, increase opportunities and prevent homelessness.

As well as volunteering, the team have also attended events to raise money for the charity such as The Big Sleep Out.
