His determination and dedication paid off when he qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1997, marking the start of his successful career. He joined Haines Watts Birmingham, where he quickly made his mark and rose through the ranks, becoming a partner in 2005.

But what sets Andrew apart is his unwavering commitment to his clients. He takes great pride in developing excellent relationships, many of which span over several years. Andrew believes in truly understanding his clients' businesses, and becoming deeply involved to help them achieve their medium to long-term goals. To him, it's not just about crunching numbers; it's about being a trusted advisor and friend, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Andrew's expertise extends beyond the local landscape. As the West Midlands Regional representative for Geneva Group International (GGI), a global alliance of independent professional firms, he is well-versed in helping businesses on an international level. On a personal note, Andrew is happily married since 1993 and cherishes his role as a father to two sons.
