Capital Allowances tax relief’s a misunderstood relief which essentially allows the owner of a property to offset the hidden expenditure in their building. Generally, this includes items of qualifying plant & machinery such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation, fixed wiring, lighting and security access systems amongst others. Fundamentally, they’re items that are a fixed part of the building and was either in situ on purchase, or installed as part of refurbishment or fit out projects you’ve undertaken. At present, this relief’s only claimed by a small proportion of those eligible to claim.

All commercial property owners who are UK taxpayers, whether individuals or companies may be eligible to claim Capital Allowances tax relief. Unfortunately, confirming your eligibility and navigating the various rules and regulations related to the process is complicated; however, we have a team of Property and Tax experts who can deal with this process for you and review your property and individual circumstances to establish whether you’re eligible to make a claim.

All we need is a few basic facts on your property and we can provide a ‘no obligation’ review of your potential to claim, along with providing an outline estimate of the potential benefits we can realise for you.

We’re actively working with existing and new clients across the region to help them secure the tax relief which is sat within their commercial premises, waiting to be exposed and accurately quantified.

Some of our recent projects have generated tax relief of over £100,000.

So, why not talk with the team today to see if you’re potentially sitting on a ‘hidden claim’?
