Senior Tax Manager
We are now looking to recruit a Senior Tax Manager with potential progression to tax partner.
This is a newly created role where the successful candidate will be working closely with the business owners, senior staff, managers from our regional offices, it is essential that candidates can work effectively in a client-facing, managerial role.
The work will be varied in nature with an emphasis on tax advisory issues. The work will include IHT, CGT, trusts, shareholder issues, corporate re-structuring, business development and team management responsibilities.
Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise. Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns and working on ad-hoc tax assignments for the partners.
CTA candidates would be preferred for this role. You will also be expected to build the tax team.

Personal Tax Senior
Due to continued growth and promotion we are looking to recruit a Personal Tax Senior to join our current growing tax team.
The successful candidate will join our existing team and will be working closely with partners, senior staff, managers and clients from the Norfolk offices, it is essential that candidates can work effectively in a client-facing, advisory and operational role.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work effectively with all members of the team, building confidence and respect of peers and subordinates.
- Encourage team members to be positive and to give of their best in line with firm’s goals.
- Mentor team members where necessary giving feedback.
- Demonstrates an appetite for self-development through the appraisal process.
- Reviews work for learning points and client service.
- Will be ATT or CTA qualified with previous personal tax experience
