Matthew Neale

Matthew has been with the firm for over 20 years, qualifying in 2001 and joining the business in 2003.

Having worked in different roles including Audit Manager, Matthews current position is that of Regional Managing Development Director for the East Anglia region and equity owner of the local offices.

Matthew splits his time between acting for the owners of small and medium sized businesses, assisting them in all areas of accountancy, tax and business, and developing and implementing the strategic growth of Haines Watts East Anglia, which now has 4 offices and 80 team members in the Region.

Having worked with clients from a variety of sectors and industries, Matthew has a good sound knowledge of range of challenges clients can face and is always looking to add bespoke and specialist services to the range of support Haines Watts East Anglia offers to ensure the client’s needs are covered.

Matthew enjoys riding his trials motorbikes in off-road competitions when time permits!
