HW advise on how to Maximise Your Business Ultimate Value.
If you are looking to sell your business, raise equity or purchase a new venture, then HW has a date for your diary.

HW, a leading firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers with local offices in Alton, Basingstoke and Farnborough, are holding this latest in their series of sell-out seminars at Warbrook House and Grange, Eversley in Hampshire on Wednesday, 3 October 2007.

A previous seminar on the same subject was held in Farnham and was attended by a large number of delegates; Charles Whelan, Managing Partner with HW Corporate Finance team in the South East, expects the Eversley seminar to be equally popular.

“With a turbulent stock market and a new Prime Minister at the helm, the next six months could be interesting for the UK economy. However, nothing seems to be dampening the business spirit in the Thames Valley. There has been a lot of activity in mergers and acquisitions in the first half of 2007,” Charles comments.

“Even if you have no immediate plans to sell your business, at some stage every business owner needs creative, professional advice and senior management support to ensure it reaches its goals and reaches it maximum value. Our seminar will address these issues in depth and offer a clear, step-by-step approach to buying and selling a business, with three real-life case studies presented by guest speakers to bring the whole process to life,” he added

The seminar, which will begin with registration at 8.30am and concludes with a buffet lunch at 1.00pm, is aimed at company directors and shareholders. Charles Whelan will lead a highly experienced team of presenters and is joined by HW colleagues, Richard Hall and Stephen Edwards.

“We are looking forward to a lively and interactive morning. We believe we have critical information to share with anyone looking to sell their business or perhaps restructure it to raise equity. Our seminars are a great way to learn more in a time efficient and effective way,” he concludes.
