   Forensic Services


The forensic accounting and litigation support services are provided by individuals who have gained experience of accounting, taxation and other disciplines including insurance and loss adjusting before moving into the forensic practice and who are used to advising on a wide range of matters.

Professional experience

Shortly after qualification as a Chartered Accountant, I spent a number of years in the UK and Europe with the Rank organisation and General Electric of America - in a number of head office and operational roles in both financial and general management. Latterly, I was Divisional Finance Director for General Electric in Paris.

I returned to the profession in 1986 as a management consultancy partner with Horwath Clark Whitehill, during which time I became involved in forensic accounting, as well as corporate finance.

In May 2006 I joined HW as Director of Forensic Accounting.

Expert witness experience

My extensive experience of litigation support covers a wide spectrum of areas from insurance and commercial disputes, substantial professional negligence and personal injury claims to consequential loss, criminal and forensic accounting matters. I have acted as a Single Joint Expert on numerous occasions and have had considerable experience of giving evidence in Court.
