Sean has over 15 years experience in specialist corporate finance work and particularly enjoys working with owner-managed businesses. Gregg is a Chartered Accountant who has specialised in Corporate Finance for nearly a decade. During this time Gregg has gained vast experience in all deal types including buy outs, acquisitions, company sales, private equity support and financial due diligence.
Gregg has worked with a variety of owner-managed-businesses across a number of sectors and one of his key strengths is the flexibility of his approach and the ability to interpret and project the key drivers of a business model. Gregg undertakes a significant volume of ‘financial modelling’ assignments on behalf of private equity clients and banks. These entail understanding and projecting the operational business followed by advising on the optimum funding structure and financial covenant tests and targets.
Gregg was one of the first ever candidates to gain the CFq qualification via the challenging advanced diploma route. The CFq qualification was launched by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to benchmark the specialist knowledge required to advise in this area.
