Elia (commonly known as Dilly) qualified in 1982 and has specialised in working with owner managed businesses for the past 29 years.

Dilly deals with clients whose businesses turnover range from several thousands pounds per annum to multi millions. He has a number of clients in the property investment sector, dairies and retailing.

Dilly was formally a partner in Wilkinson & Company, a local independent practice, which merged with HW in 2006 to ensure that clients could benefit from all the additional services and tax specialisms that being a member of a national firm can offer.

Roger has been a member of the ICAEW since 1984 and became a partner in the business in 1995.

Roger's particular expertise is in owner managed businesses, but he also specialises in charity and solicitor accounts. His experience means he can offer balanced advice to a wide range of entities.

In his spare time, Roger is an avid Everton supporter and enjoys the occasional round of Golf.

Having left school to join the firm in 1989, Philip qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1998. With over 20 years experience in all audit, accounting and taxation aspects of small and medium sized entities, Philip prides himself on achieving a good understanding of a clients business to help build long term working relationships.

Philip is a long suffering Manchester City supporter who can now discuss football with a smile, and a frequent concert attendee.

Darren joined the firm in 1999 after spending 8 years with HMRC.

As well as providing technical expertise to the partners and clients, Darren realises that tax mitigation is a key priority for both businesses and individuals.

Sapna has been with the firm for approximately 5 years and qualified in 2010.

Sapna supports the partners and oversees the work carried out by the audit team, whilst establishing relationships with a wide variety of owner managed businesses.
