Meet the team

Ryan enjoys working with business owners in providing practical advice that is of real commercial value. He joined Haines Watts to lead and develop the Ashby office. Prior to joining Haines Watts he worked for KPMG and Vantis plc. He has worked in Corporate finance and has also seen the other side of the coin through acquiring, running and selling his own businesses in various industries. With this experience, Ryan has first hand knowledge of the pressures found in running a business and a thorough understanding of the role a valued business adviser should provide.

Andy has been helping local businesses with their financial and business decisions for over 18 years. He trained as an accountant with Haines Watts and having had a few years with a regional firm rejoined us to help strengthen the team in Ashby. Andy enjoys having a close working relationship with his clients which enables him to provide the great level of service that SME's deserve. He has always lived and worked locally and deals with the compliance aspects for many of our high profile clients in the area.

Lucy has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with a range of SME’s, providing practical hands on advice to help them cope with the pressures of running a successful business. This has been gained from her 14 years experience in public practice, having qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 and a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2009. Lucy’s role at Haines Watts encompasses both staff and client management together with utilising her tax specialism to assist clients with all tax matters including VAT and PAYE compliance.
